Live Oak Theatre Camp Guidelines (Required):

1. Treat others with kindress and respect. Gossip, slander and malicious talk of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Absolutely no PDA.
3. Students will remain in their group with their team leaders at all times.
4. Use restrooms on the same floor as your groups location. (FLUSH TOILET- all the way)
5. Treat the building with respect. Discard all waste in trash cans. (please pick up trash if you see it)
6. Teachers will be treated with respect.
7. All announcements and camp guidelines will come through Kyle or Ms. Randi or via Email.
8. Please refrain from rough housing and practicing stage combat during free times.
9. Cell phones may be used to take notes in class but should not be otherwise used during class.
10. Lunch will be eaten in designated areas with your group only. Each table is responsible for cleaning on and around their table.
11. Students will remain inside the building at all times unless otherwise directed by their teacher or team leader.
12. Students will only be released to adults with a verified ID that are listed on their pick-up schedule.
13. Students will wear appropriate, modest attire for all camp activities.

Password Requirements

Length must be 8 or more and contain numbers and upper and lowercase letters.

Public Health Release (Required):

Note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. We will have many safety measures in place, but we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your time at camp. By visiting Live Oak Theatre at the Carol and Frank Morsani Center for the Arts you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Protective measures we will have in place include:

• Temperature checks upon arrival
• students will stay in the same small groupings for the duration of their time at camp
• hand sanitizing stations throughout the building
• cleaning/sanitizing of building after camp each day
• facemasks may be worn at your discretion (optional)

Please note: prior to the first day of camp, you must complete your extended profile in MyLiveOak.com and pay the registration fee or you will not be allowed to attend.
